About Michael A. Galer, CPA, CFP®
A Legacy of Experience
Michael A. Galer, CPA, CFP® has over 22 years of experience providing tax and accounting services for individuals and small businesses and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston College, and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to establishing his own practice, Michael's employment at CPA firms includes 14 years as a staff accountant at his late father's company, Melvin Galer, CPA.
Michael's expertise encompasses both tax planning and preparation, as well as auditing, financial statements and offers & compromise. He has served in numerous civic and community-wide organizations, including the Canton Finance Committee, Chairman and member of the Canton Board of Library Trustees, and the Blue Hill Civic Association.
